Yes, our guys are very professional and careful when opening the box. We will be careful and handle items with care. When customers say that fragile items are packed in boxes casually, we will also take a video and repack them in bubble bags, then inform the customer of our approach, and finally place them so that the fragile items in them are not easy to shake. Then seal the box after inspection.
We are facing a large number of customers regarding the transportation of personal items and international logistics. Please believe in our professionalism, we will definitely protect the privacy of any customer from being leaked. But international transportation will go through many checkpoints and steps. For example, it will go through our warehouse inspection before shipping to ensure that it does not contain any prohibited items. The advantage of this approach is also to avoid the recipient being accused of contraband in the destination country. Or cause danger to the transported aircraft or ship because of contraband.
Another example is that when the goods pass through the customs, they also need to accept the unpacking inspection of the customs. But please rest assured that Lightning Cat logistics must be professional, and our colleagues who check the items will also pay great attention to the privacy of customers and will not disclose it.
Please believe in our professionalism, many customers have packaged goods to our warehouse, but because they do not have a lot of experience, the volume billing of the goods has become very large. The meaning of rearrangement is:
1. According to our experience, reduce the size of the overall cargo and reduce the billable weight. At the same time, it is also necessary to take into account the neat placement of the goods without shaking and damaging each other during transportation.
2. Replace the outer box with better quality to ensure that the goods will not be damaged due to the old box or poor quality of the carton when it arrives at the destination country.
3. Make sure the size of the box is not too heavy to incur an oversize fee.
